So I've been reading this book called 'The Power of Less' by Leo Babauta and it's such an easy read and fairly practical as well.
Basically it's a book that helps you to tackle laziness/procrastination and help you become more productive. Yay to productivity, right? I know I could use it. Some days I feel like I'm not really doing anything with my life..like it's not really improving/going forward in a way, if that makes sense?
I mean, apart from work life and cooking for the family, running errands, and all that fun stuff, I somehow feel 'stuck' productivity-wise. Not that those things aren't productive..I guess I have this business that I want to take off but the WHOLE idea of just starting and all that needs to be done when starting a business can be OVERWHELMING, you know?
So..I'm at an 'overwhelmed' stage where I just really don't know where to start. So this is where that book I mentioned comes into play. So far it's helped me narrow down my focus to just..'what's the next ONE thing that I need to do'? Whether that's simply opening up a 'word' document or researching which website builder to use..it may seem like a little thing but overtime, those 'next one thing's' can add up and become something big.
So, what's your next one thing?
