When I wanted to lose weight; I have to burn some calories in order to do that. Now, I just noticed some signs of how to lose weight. You have to burn some calories to lose weight. The signs of burning calories are:
1. Standing- in public places like churches, the bus, and on the train. You see some people standing up instead of sitting down which is benefit to help you burn calories.
2. Drinking Ice Cold Water- in public you see some merchants selling ice cold water, there's a water fountain, and at home you may see a bottle of water in the refrigerator. By drinking ice cold water you burn calories.
3. Protein- In public you may see places where people go out or while shopping you may see some people buying foods that contain some protein to help you burn some calories.
