I have experience with some girls trying to get a boyfriend and can deliver some reasons why she can't get a boyfriend.
1. Already in a relationship- some girls already in a relationship with a guy that is either her boyfriend or spouse so the guy she going after while still in a relationship may know this and probably don't want to go out with her.
2. Selfish Single Malice- some girls don't want to see nice guys, good guys, etc. go out with any other girl he finds is probably more attractive than her.
3. Immature Flirting- minor girls usually act immature to minor boys they flirt with to show that they don't like him. Doing this doesn't make the boy want to go out with you but maybe don't wanna go out with other girls like you.
