Back in High School I was focusing on losing a lot of weight per week by overexercising improperly, walking over 10k steps a day or within 3 days per week, paying attention to purchasing and eating junkfood I get or receive like candy, potato chips, and restaurant food. I was eating a few healthy foods that kept me remaining thick for awhile. Then, when I turn 18 I began to exercise less, focusing on buying and eating junkfood a lot and eating more than I have to, continue walking over 10k steps a day or longer per week.
At the age of 21, I started to ride my bike for over 4 hrs from my home address to my destination and then ride my bike from my destination to my home address. I started to lose a lot of weight per week or so fast and gain that amount of weight back again . As a result, I couldn't wear some of my old clothes because they was growing too tight on me, couldn't no longer fit me, and I had gain some weight, so I have to buy some new clothes that could fit me.
This had made my weight loss routine get worst.
At the age of 22, I decided to walk around 10k steps a day or less days per week, and focus on buying healthy foods at grocery stores and eating healthy foods that my Mom had available in the kitchen. Then, exercising properly by watching certain types of exercise/workout videos a little bit a day and lost a few limit amount of lbs per week by drinking water, using my nintendo 3ds/3ds xl as a pedometer to count my steps to reach a goal steps to walk around 10k steps to lose one pound or two a week.
The red indicates the worst way to lose weight so desperately. The green indicates the better way to lose weight with patience.
