Back in 2014, I'd go to a restaurant weekly to get some lunch instead of eating at home. When I at a restaurant I'd order more than 1 thing on the menu because I feel this isn't enough for me to eat. This was the huge mistake I made. As a result, I gained more weight quickly within a week, and increased my waist because I was doing this for a while.
The reason why I gained so much weight is because the foods I ordered from the restaurant has trans fat, saturated fat, and lots of calories in it. Because I made two orders, I have to go on a diet and exercise. So, I decided to go on a diet and exercise to burn the fat off.
Tip: It's okay to order at a restaurant, just don't order more than 1 thing for yourself and go there everyday. Instead, order just 1 meal and only go there when you go to work and sometimes.
