"BEHOLD MY Servant, Whom I uphold, My elect in Whom My soul delights! I have put My Spirit upon Him; He will bring forth justice and right and reveal truth to the nations." (Isaiah 42:1 AMPC)
A servant of God must depend on Him for sustenance and strength. The Lord God must be the One upholding him or her all the time. He must also pursue those things that bring glory and honour to God, he must seek to please God in all situations. He must be a delight to God.
Without the Holy Spirit, it will be impossible to please God. In order to do His will, He pours His Spirit upon His servant. This God's awesome gift to him. By the help of the Holy Spirit, God's servant will establish equity and justice in the society.
ACTION PLAN: Are you born again? Who or what is substaining you? Depend on God from today going forward.
PRAYER: Oh Lord, give me the grace to depend on You all the days of life.
