Classic mode is not what it used to be on Super Smash Bros 4. In the first three Smash Bros. games I was able to go 1on1 on stages which is fine. But, now in SSB4 it's not the same. In SSB4 Classic mode, the player is up against multiple characters instead of the old 1vs1 stages which is better and feels more comfortable. I no longer experience the comfort and joy of playing 1vs1 in Classic mode. This is the reason why I don't want to played it often.
I like how Sakurai added a bunch of characters, added a new trophy shop feature, and All-Stars mode but changing Classic mode to not make it 1vs1 just made SSB4 a worst experience for me to play.
