Six months ago was the first time I considered becoming a CF Angel. The CF Angel who welcomed me was most likely the leading factor that brought me back to Christian Forums after my first visit. As I have mentioned before, I had been a 'reg' of Yahoo! Chat for a long time before I was lead to CF by One greater than me. I had allowed the so called Christians of CC11 to influence bad behavior in me, and I no longer wanted to have any part of the imature nonsense that was taking place.
I did not apply to become a CF Angel six months ago; I waited until last week. I had wanted to build my blessings up so that I could bless new members just like my Welcoming Angel blessed me. Last week I had nearly reached the half-way point of my goal. I considered waiting around six more months to continue building up my blessings, but God told me not to wait. He told me that I should apply.
God will always provide our needs when we follow His instructions. Today I received a very large and generous donation from Tychicus2 (Hurry... go rep him!) that bumped me up to my goal.
I do believe that God will use those who serve Him even when they do not realize they are touching someone else's life.
Although this is an example of how God has worked in virtual reality, the same concept can be applied to our real, every day lives. We should stop listening to our fears and start listening to God's guidance. He knows our futures. He knows which way is best for us even when we feel that we are the ones who really know best.
