Liberals in Drag

Maybe true. See I don't think that feminism is really about feminism or women at all, I think its about liberalism. Many advocate policies are actually anti-girl. Doesn't make sense if their feminists, but it does make sense if they're liberals.

Every year, we abort more than half a million baby girls every year thanks to Roe vs. Wade. (Roe by the way is now prolife). But how is this pro-women?

Many feminists don't like models, Playboy playmates, strippers, cheerleaders, or even ballet dancers. Women using their good looks and effort they put into their bodies to look good to make money? I thought feminists would support that. But they don't. How is that pro-woman?

They fight to get Rush Limbaugh fired for making a joke while they have no problem with Bill Maher, Ed Shultz, and David Letterman and the vile disgusting things they have said about conservative women and even their children. How is that pro-woman?

They hate people like Sarah Palin and Carrie Prejean. Shouldn't these women be role models? They are strong, independent, and express their opinions. But feminists don't like them. How is that pro-woman?

The best thing I have ever read about feminism was Carrie Prejean's book "Still Standing." I know people may not like her, but her book is truly amazing and it shows you exactly how these double standards work and why feminism is about liberalism and has nothing to do with strong women. Its one of the smartest pieces of literature I've ever read. But it doesn't matter to the feminists because they think she's just a beauty queen bimbo. How is that pro-woman?

Perhaps nothing in the Bible is more clear than the scriptures on women's role. It is clear that God is the head of man and man is the head of woman. It is about order in God's Kingdom and we all have our role to play and are lucky to be a part of it.

JMHO love, mandy

I disagree with you about that. Wives who loved and promoted their husbands played the important role because they created the conditon for their husbands to do GREAT things that are CONSISTENTLY PRAISED in the scripture. God wants the head of man to be God and the head of woman to be man. Its not just something that God said for no reason. It is because this is the system of how life in God's kingdom works.

It'd be nice to see someone write a book about all the great women in the Bible that lead their husbands to do great things because they played traditional roles. Haven't you heard that behind every good man is his beautiful wife?

If you want to live differently, thats fine. But I can't really think of a passage in the Bible that is more crystal clear than these ones. Just don't attack me and my gfs for living the scripture. Not that you did, but believe me: we have been attacked in ways you couldn't even imagine. As has our pastor for preaching the truth about this.

Its not a bad thing. We all have our parts to play in God's kingdom. We are lucky to be a part of it. And the reason this country is still here after 100 years is because the Bible has been the foundation of our society, even though people are fighting to change that, it doesn't mean that some of us still don't like it the old fashioned way.
