There should be NO law requiring a business to pay somebody a certain amount of $ per hour.
Pay should be set by the market and the consumers. If the public is upset over the wages WalMart or McDonalds pays, they should just stop shopping there and put them out of business. The government should just keep their nose out of it, its none of their business.
I personally LOVE WalMart and McDonalds, they are great businesses. If they did not exist, so many people would not have jobs. We are lucky to have them and everybody working for them should be thankful for their job.
If the workers of WalMart hate their job and think they aren't being paid enough, they should quit and go look for another job.
