[FONT=arial, helvetica, sans-serif]It is written in Leviticus 6:12-13, “The fire on the altar must be kept burning; it must not go out. Every morning the priest is to add firewood and arrange the burnt offering on the fire and burn the fat of the fellowship offerings on it. The fire must be kept burning on the altar continuously; it must not go out.”
God has lit the fire that burns within us. Just as the priest was to add firewood and arrange the burnt offering on the fire we are to do the same thing in our lives. We must not let the fire God started in us to burn out.

He was using the analogy of quenching the perpetual Brazen Altar fire. Since the ascension of Yeshua the Messiah, the Spirit of God placed in every believer represents the holy fire that burned on the Brazen Altar.
