Nothing quite like the cohesion of Truths shared over time with trusted and nurturing friends. The passages of three, shared and sewing great richness into our bonds and reflections, over a lifetime of sisterhood. This casual wealth of such respectfulness toward our corporate, mutual and individual well-beings is so priceless.
Thanks for lunch with some of my "SEESTERS" today, Jesus. Unexpected, well-timed and fuller than the ticking clock could truly measure.... thanks for this truer of the recesses from which to choose, Jesus. Especially after I had recognized such a need for it throughout this very week. It didn't take too long for it to fall into alignment. You are so good to have supplied for that, in the love of Your perfect umbrella of grace over my walk.
Today there was a word on my forethoughts:
The reason it was on my mind was because one of my companions invokes it in me. I've learned that the most common understanding of this term, 3:, is broadbrushed over the word as its sole meaning for the most part. While, I have placed far more emphasis, over the past decade, on the other 3 definitions as more common outworkings of the manifestation of a prophet's function in practrice within a church Body. As even greater distillation of its root, I usually comprehend a prophet as one who speaks rhema, God's voice, Truth, which may or may not include future Truth or prediction.
Lord ripen this focus to bear fruit of new understanding in me, whatever the draw to it today, for Your glory.
Measure Your mercy in exceeding abundance over last night's family dinner's closing. The many riches of our fellowship, long awaited, were marred in the end of the evening, within me. I'm awakening to new challenges upon my role in our family and have grown weary of the 'fray of they.' I'm feeling inadequate and put out by more and more and endless more needinesses that take from the life of our family. I seek withdrawal in Your loving embrace for counsel, insight, understanding and peace. Jesus. Thanks for being what others never can be to me.
