Hey, sorry I haven't been blogging, the internet was down at my house over the weekend, and I had a lot to do yesterday. But now that I'm back, I am going to do a short and sweet blog today. The blog is called "I'm Sorry" because I was thinking about the many times people say, "I'm sorry" and don't mean it. I say that they don't mean it because they aren't thinking about others when they do whatever they said sorry about the next time it happens. I think that we do that with God. We say, "I'm sorry, God" but instead of giving Him everything, turning away, and being aware when we feel ourselves falling back into habits, we do the exact opposite. We hold on to what we are comfortable with (aka our sin) and want things to stay that way, but try cover up our sin by giving a fake apology to God. God deserves to hear us say and mean "I'm sorry" because He gave His son to us freely. He loves us enough to do that, and we can't even say a meaningful apology? I'm not saying that I don't do this, I'm saying that it's something that I want to improve. I'm going to leave with this verse, "Jesus gave his life for our sins, just as God our Father planned, in order to rescue us from this evil world in which we live." Galatians 1:4. We live in an evil world, that can mean our personal world, or the physical world in which we live. Our personal world is our sin; in which we feel comfortable.
