Praise God my fingers are limber today. 
I've had rheumatoid arthritis since age 2.
Mostly it is relatively under control.
However the last few days they have been stiff.
Methinks it may be a bad winter this year.
I've heard others say the same thing.

It is often considered a silent disease ...
because many can not see the stiffness and pain.
