"#tbt to this wimpy girl in 2005. Who used to be led by her emotions. Used to crumble in the midst of adversity. Who used to run from tests. Who used to keep a man in her bed outside of marriage. Who used to cry when others talked about her. Who used to care what people think about her. Who used to constantly waver between trusting God & herself. Who used to find value in earthly things. I'm definitely not this girl anymore. I don't believe that as believers we will ever "arrive" but what used to bother, hurt & stress me out doesn't anymore. Instead, I recognize that we are in a constant spiritual fight, not a physical one. I view tests as development & I let Satan know that I'm using his little tactics to bring glory to God by pressing into Christ. So, cheers to your old you. The only time you need to look back into your past is to flashback to all of the times that God has delivered you, healed you, protected you & provided for you. Maturity doesn't happen overnight. It's a daily journey to grow, make decisions that honor Jesus. It's hard at times & out right frustrating but in Christ, lies our hope. Not this world. Take a step & keep stepping forward. #FightBack#GrowInHim"

Her and her Husband go hard for God. It's such a beautiful thing to see.. They don't just 'talk the talk'- they actually live out what they're saying..something that I could definitely work on with God's help.
