  1. Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall. There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it. 1 Corinthians 10:12-13 (KJV)

LORD, I am thankful this fall season for all the young people who are back at the college campuses all across the country. I pray for all of them, and pray a special prayer for those who participate on Christian Forums, as they find their way back to college, or enter college for the first time this year. I pray that each one of them seeks God's infinite wisdom and guidance in their college careers, to help them grow their knowledge and acquire the necessary skills, for them to enter the future workforce in ways that glorifies and honors God. LORD, I pray that you bring opportunities for them to fellowship with other believers; and witness to unbelievers, showing that they are disciples in Christ by their love for God and others. LORD, I pray these young people will boldly place you at the pinnacle of their lives, and learn humility and patience in their service to God and others, while at the same time they enjoy much academic success in college, through God's hand, while serving the LORD, and finding joy in all things. Blessed be the college students who serve and honor the LORD. God's will be done. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart. 2 Timothy 2:22 (KJV)

Experiencing the God of Joy: By centering our lives around Christ, we can experience true joy. "According to my earnest expectation and my hope, that in nothing I shall be ashamed, but that with all boldness, as always, so now also Christ shall be magnified in my body, whether it be by life, or by death. For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain." —Philippians 1:21
