Posted scripture on - Day of the Lord, synopsis:
Man humbled, Battle, indignation, destruction, vengeance, the sword shall devour, destruction, great & very terrible, darkness, mighty man shall cry bitterly, a day of wrath, a day of trouble, distress, wasteness, desolation, gloominess, anger, houses rifled, women ravished

Titus 2:13 Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ

Do the 12 above posted scriptures on: The Day of the Lord, sound like a blessed hope?

Day of Christ - Verse highlights:

Thes written to the church/BELIEVERS. (See Thes 2:1)

2 Thes 2:
1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,

2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the """day of Christ""" is at hand
(MY NOTE: Verse 1: Believers, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ where we are gathered to/by Christ. Vs 2 day of Christ)

Phil written to BELIEVERS in Christ Jesus at Philippi. (See Phil 1:1)

Phil 1:6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the """day of Jesus Christ"""
(MY NOTE: Day of Christ)

Phil 1:10 That ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the """day of Christ"""
(MY NOTE: Day of Christ)

Phil 2:16 Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the """day of Christ""" that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain.
(MY NOTE: Paul writes to REJOICING in the day of Christ. I didn't see anything to rejoice about in the 12 scriptures posted on the """day of the LORD""")

The Day of Christ is when: The Body of Christ/Believers/Church, WILL REJOICE!.

The Day of Christ is the Catching-up/rapture of: The Body of Christ/Believers/Church

AMP Bible - 1 Cor 15:
51 Take notice! I tell you a mystery (a secret truth, an event decreed by the hidden purpose or counsel of God). We shall not all fall asleep [in death], but we shall all be changed (transformed)

52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the [sound of the] last trumpet call. For a trumpet will sound, and the dead [in Christ] will be raised imperishable (free and immune from decay), and we shall be changed (transformed).
Bible Gateway passage: 1 Corinthians 15 - Amplified Bible, Classic Edition
(MY NOTE: Written to believers 1 Cor 1:2. Paul reveals a hidden secret, the dead IN CHRIST will rise 1st & any believer alive will be caught-up/raptured with them)

1 Thes 4:
16 For the Lord Himself will come down from heaven with a shout of command, with the voice of the archangel and with the [blast of the] trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first.

17 Then we who are alive and remain [on the earth] will simultaneously be caught up (raptured) together with them [the resurrected ones] in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord!

18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words
(MY NOTE: Again I cite the 12 verses I posted above on day of the LORD, in them, I read nothing comforting)
Bible Gateway passage: 1 Thessalonians 4 - Amplified Bible

When the terrible fearful day of the LORD comes. The raptured/caught-up Body of Christ/Believers/Church, ARE ALREADY WITH HIM!)

Zec 14:5 On that day His feet will stand on Mt Olive. The Mt will split in 2 from east to west. Then the Lord your God will come, & "all the saints with Him"
(MY NOTE: The day of the LORD begins when Jesus returns & His feet physically touch Mt Olive. Believers are WITH him! These are the caught-up/raptured, body of Christ/the Church. That met Him IN THE AIR - 1 Thes 4:17)

Jude 14 Behold, the Lord "cometh" with 10 thousands of his saints
(MY NOTE: When the Lord returns & His feet STAND on Mt Olive. The caught-up/raptured saints are WITH him!)

1 Thes 3:13 (B) "at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints"
(MY NOTE: When Christ physically returns to earth & His feet STAND on Mt Olive. The caught-up/raptured saints are WITH him!)

Jn 14:1 Jesus said; Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.

2 (B) I go to prepare a place for you.

3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

Believers are to rejoice & comfort each other. Because the promised blessed hope:

Titus 2:13 Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ

Soon very soon: The Day of Christ will be our reality! Maybe, I'm prayerful, this coming Pentecost, but that's another nugget.

Final thought:

The unsaved will at the White Throne Judgment Rev 20 (No Believers here) pay for every sin they committed under the law's rules.

The saved will stand at the judgment seat (Greek-bema) of Christ (Rom 14:10-12, 1 Cor 3:10-4:5 & 2 Corinthians 5:1-10.) No sin is discussed here. Christ's sin redemptive payment paid/washed ALL the believer's sins away.

The work done in Christ's name during the sanctification process is discussed here. And rewards are given (even a drink of water Matt 10:42 Mk 9:41 given in Christ's name receives a reward). Also see 1 Cor 3:12-23.
