Ya know what i hate? Forcing myself to write. Not that I was doing it here but I do hate it cause it comes out horribly. I did that with my story Electric Fire and the ending sucked!!! So enough of my ramblings, I'm so sorry about this being so horrible!! I don't know why it was so bad and short but it is. Just bear with me. It'll be better when we meet Miguel. I hope. Haha
Charlie smiled and ran ahead of her. For a few minutes Claudia just followed him the something clicked. "You knew my name." she said.
Charlie glanced back at her. "What?"
Claudia looked at him. "Back when I first woke up and you had me against the wall you called me Claudia. You knew my name."
Charlie stopped walking and sighed. "So I did a little research. I ran your picture through the system and the last time any cameras outside a hospital have seen you was in 2012 and you looked exactly like you do now. All the others aged, but you didn't. That's when I started digging up what I can on who you are. I know that it's almost impossible for your boyfriend to be alive today. I know that you were born so many years before he was. I know that you've lived through wars. I know that no matter what you'll do anything to get what you want, even if it's an impossible task."
Claudia nodded, taking in the information and processing it all. She chuckled slightly "Stalker much?" she joked.
Charlie smiled slightly but the smile didn't reach his eyes. "I do what I want."
Claudia chuckled and started walking again. "So how'd you get your hypnosis charm?"
Charlie shrugged as he walked along next to her. "I have no idea. I was born with it. I think..."
Claudia gave him an odd look. "You think?"
Charlie chuckled. "Ya, my parents were scientists, that's how Miguel got his powers. So it's possible that I got mine like that."
Claudia nodded slowly before asking. "Where are your parents now?"
Charlie's whole body language darkened as he said. "Moved on to 'better, more important' things than their own kids." he scoffed and said "They're worthless pieces of s-"
Claudia cut him off. "Watch your mouth."
Charlie rolled his eyes. "Don't tell me what to do."
Claudia nodded "Sorry, just that I don't like people cussing."
Charlie just grunted and kept walking, subcutaneously picking up his pace. Claudia didn't think anything of it but kept walking at a good enough pace. It was clear that Claudia had hit a hard subject and she wasn't going to push it. She thought that maybe his brother, Miguel, would be more into talking. It's not something to bring up immediately but she would certainly like to talk to him about it.
