My first Spring Break as a teacher is nearly over. It flew by extremely fast, as I am sure Summer Break will. I haven't watched the news or worried about things that need to be finished all week. It seems that something is always waiting to be worked on, and I never truly get finished. I hate being busy all of the time. It is nice to not be 'bored', but everyone needs a little down time. That is definitely what I used this week for. I haven't graded one paper! I will need to at least get a few finished tomorrow, however.
In the past month I have really slacked on reading my Bible. For several months I was reading my Bible on a daily basis. I am almoost halfway through Psalms now. I do hope to finish the Bible by the end of the year, but I'm definitely not going to make it if I keep forgetting to read it! We all need reminders though. I did have my Bible placed on my night stand so I would remember to read it before I went to sleep. I suppose I'm going to have to put it back.
