My favorite recipe so far in the raw arena is:
Broccoli Soup
Blend:
3 cups water
1 cup cashews soaked overnight
1 Tsp honey or 2 halawi dates
Add:
2 cups chopped broccoli (I use my mini chopper)
1 avocado
1 clove garlic
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tsp onion
1 to 1 1/2 Tsp sea salt
1/2 Tsp cumin
18 Tsp black pepper
Blend until creamy. If desired
top with hemp seeds, nutritional
yeast, or dried chives.
