The issue I have with this is that Yom Teruah is Oct 2, which is not a new moon. If you say that it is a Jubilee year and Yom Teruah coincides with Yom Kippur you are closer, but the new moon (which is a super new moon) is Oct 16 and they have Yom Kippur as Oct 10-11.
I think he has made one error in his calculation. He has Yom Teruah occurring before the equinox, from my understanding the equinox always indicates the year is right around the corner. So I think he is off by a few weeks but still, a good calculation that this is the year of Jubilee.
