today.. well it was good because have been really tired and got more sleep than usual so that helped. Also at work it was good except for one interaction but all the others were good so God thank you for blessing me today with good people around thank you.
And also for the extra hours next week...
was a nice day today.
went to a different church with a friend and the Lord's Presence was there during communion in a special way, during the rest of the service as well but particularly during communion.
had a nice time with my mum in the afternoon which was precious to me.

Am resting today and have taken an iron tablet (the doctor prescribed some) and also a vitamin B combo tablet. Not sure if that will help in time for work later today, hopefully it will.

Today I am feeling nearly better from a nauseous stomach etc that has been hanging around. Thank you for the prayers here for that I'm sure they helped because I am on the mend, thank you just in case anyone who might be reading this also prayed, it is appreciated.

I have learnt today that I need to go to God first and ask Him first about the things I do.
It is probably something I will get wrong again in the future but at least I know now it is best to go ask Him first.

There's someone in my life that prays for me a lot and gives an incredible amount of time as well with listening to my thoughts and whats going on in my life.
I don't know what to do with that cos why would someone do that except that they love God and so they care about people.
