One of the diversionary weapon of the devil is critizing other. He makes us to engage in criticism of others and excuse our shortcomings and weaknesses. This kind of attitude will delay our growth in Christ. It deflects us from focusing on our need for God's help. It makes us the judges and helps us to indulge in self-righteousness.
Practicing the above can never deflect or distract God. He knows our frames. But the weaknesses the devil helps to excuse will he use against us someday.
Therefore, it is urgent for us to cry to God about our spiritual state and desist from focussing on others' weaknesses. If need be, we must correct them in love and not as a judge.
ACTION PLAN: Henceforth focus on your growth in Christ and do not get distracted into criticizing others.
