Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own stedfastness.”

Council of Nicea condemns the the “Arian” apostasy.
Other heretical “scriptures” were introduced by the Gnostics, based in Alexandria, Egypt.
All truth is eternal and does not change, becoming greater or less.
Truth, within the context it is given, should harmonize with other scripture.
The ultimate test to truth is whether or not signs follow its preaching (the Holy Spirit agrees with it and imparts life).
