Often too much is put on our plate, guess what happens. My experience has been it spilling everywhere I don't want it. That feel of whelm plus frustration is a taunting couple, stirring the pot for a bigger mess. Certain thoughts and emotions boil to the surface. If not careful it could burn you leaving permanent scars.
Less helpful are the people and things which add to it all. Continued piling and stirring daily seeming to have no end. Not enough plates and pots for everyone and everything. Running around like a headless chicken trying to understand and do something, while in a messy kitchen that's full of cooks. Your head is stuffed on the chopping block, thrown in the oven and served on a silver platter. When one's head and body are detached, it has no mind for emotion and no heart for thought. The lost of one leaves the other not knowing life, any life remaining is loss in fear and death.
So be wise about the day you have. Not everyone or everything are of high priority. Sometimes we must be willing to deny certain people and things, then we can accept those which ease and add to our lives. All from when you awake to when you fall asleep, be prudent about who and what brings joy and peace to you.
