The same constitution that guarantees the right to bare arms that everyone wants to get rid of or change.

By the way I'm not going to die on the hill of no anchor babies. But I do believe that immigration law can require that parental be deported and the baby stays here unless mom and dad want to be separated. It's up to them. Then parents can apply to become citizens from outside the country. Or apply for visas or whatever.
