Does anyone have special plans for the weekend?

Much the same as last weekend (I am so predictable), except last weekend we went to an outdoor festival on a very nice day. It may rain here both days, but if I can I will get outside to do some more gardening. I talked to a friend of my wife who is an experienced gardener and she gave me some ideas for adding some new beds. Plus the vegetable garden is ready for planting. So out comes the shovel and cultivator and away we go. Watch out, you nasty weeds!

I don't know what we are doing this weekend. I guess we live one day at a time. We have to. But it is nice that way. It is very cold here at the moment.

It is pleasant here. I am really enjoying this. I am a person who usually takes my time. My husband and children say I live on NDN time.

FYI, NDN time is a slang term among Native Americans and it means that we go at our own pace and we are not in a hurry.

I'll be spending the next few days in the studio. We're hanging a new show at the co-op gallery I'm a member of on Monday, and I've got to finish up a few paintings and get them in their frames.
