For example, I believe that according to Exodus 31:3 KJV, the Spirit of God is: the spirit of the LORD, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD, as said in Isaiah 12:2. These are the three, "seven Spirits of God," mentioned in Revelation 3:1, Revelation 4:5 and Revelation 5:6.

I think a reason why God is called, timeless; is because He sees time as a coat woven of the many strings, which are the many occurrences of the days of Creation. Each string having record from the foundation of the world. I believe the coat can be called, the KJV Bible.
