So you can not tell them how to receive God's free gift of Eternal Life salvation.
Sure i could tell that later gospel but don't you think if Jesus said HIS Gospel was of the Kingdom , that is where everyone should start? Why does it always have to be what's in it for us?

Apparently you're supposed to start out with complicated theology rather becoming born again first.

I'd say good for you if you want to make it about yourself, what man has been doing since the Garden. I'll stick to Jesus' good news that God is coming back to take over governance of man from man.
God is the one who wants people to become saved. The primary reason why Jesus came here was to be crucified to provide the gift of eternal salvation to mankind. That's what is most important to Him.

The telling people how to receive God's free gift of Eternal Life is the only way a person may enter the kingdom of God. A person must be a born again child of God to enter the kingdom.

I have had a few post exchanges with timothyu, and he has quite a few different takes on many of The Bibles areas. Not sure if this is a self taught theology or he is getting this from a church.

Or a website. There's lots of blogs out there with a lot of homespun theology that's usually full of contradictions and plot holes. When those are pointed out whoever never acknowledges it's flawed theology, but rather keeps trying to make it work. Which just causes it to become more convoluted.

If Jesus said the Gospel of the Kingdom is why He was sent, then it follows that God returning to take over governance of man from man was what was important to Him. Seek the Kingdom first.

Scripture states...

Matthew 24: 11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. 12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. 13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. 14 And this GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

Luke 4: 43 And he said unto them, I must preach the kingdom of God to other cities also: for therefore am I sent.

Mark 1: 14 Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, 15 And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.

Luke 8: 1 And it came to pass afterward, that he went throughout every city and village, preaching and shewing the glad tidings of the kingdom of God: and the twelve were with him,

Matthew 23:13 But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.

THY KINGOM COME, THY WILL BE DONE IN EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN

etc. etc.

Jesus came at the first advent to offer the kingdom of God to the nation of Israel. But there was a condition that came for Israel to receive the kingdom of God. The condition was to believe that Jesus was who He said He is, the promised Messiah from the prophecies of The Tanakh.

But Jesus was rejected as the Messiah, Matthew chapter 12 and the offer of the kingdom was taken away. So judgment came to the nation of Israel 70 A.D. But now at a later date during the tribulation the nation of Israel will cry out to Jesus and Jesus will return and bring with Him the kingdom of God that will be setup after the tribulation. That will be the 1000 years rule of Jesus on earth.

What does believing in the gospel of the kingdom mean to you. do you believe that is how people receive God's free gift of Eternal Life salvation.

If so can you show a verse or verses in The Bible that states that is how people receive Eternal Life, by believing in the gospel of the kingdom.

Good question. But I think this is a eschatological dispensational fixation some folks have that seems to push aside the main purpose and goal of Jesus as stated in John 3:16

I have noticed that many do create different salvation ways. Usually around some type of belief system they have learned or developed from The Bible. The contradictions abound when this happens, but this does not cause one to seek further study to solve these contradiction and seek a more correct/truthful way

Before Jesus even got close to a cross in order to bring about His part in the fulfillment of the Kingdom, people were being saved as He taught what it took to enter and be a part of the coming Kingdom He was proclaiming... repentance (change) from the will of man to following only the will of God, loving all as self, receive the kingdom as a child would, to become an enemy of this world, to abandon what man considers richness in this world, the corrupt shall not inherit the incorrupt, salvation is in the mind and heart of the here and now meaning we must change now if we expect to attain the Kingdom, the Kingdom is within all of us to be inherited by change, etc etc. Not something people of this world with much to lose want to hear and definitely not something a budding gentile religion would want to teach if it meant having to give up association and rule alongside the secular empires of man. So they made it about another gospel.

Oh I see. You're one of those claiming that outside of Jesus quotes, the New Testament is bogus. Like get a red letter edition New Testament, and only read what's written in red, because the rest is all a lie.

Luke 17:21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.
Are you sure you can trust Luke? Afterall Luke is the one who told us that Paul was appointed by Jesus to teach the gospel and that Paul was fully faithful to Jesus and his calling.

Not at all. Even Paul taught the Gospel of the Kingdom. But true.. theology rearranged things. It didn't seem too excited about God returning to take away authority from anyone, especially themselves.

Acts 19:8 He (Paul) went into the synagogue, and spake boldly for the space of three months, disputing and persuading the things concerning the Kingdom of God

Acts 28: 23 And when they had appointed him a day, there came many to him into his lodging; to whom he expounded and testified the kingdom of God, persuading them concerning Jesus, both out of the law of Moses, and out of the prophets, from morning till evening. 24 And some believed the things which were spoken, and some believed not.

Acts 28: 30 And Paul dwelt two whole years in his own hired house, and received all that came in unto him, 31 Preaching the kingdom of God, and teaching those things which concern the Lord Jesus Christ, with all confidence, no man forbidding him.

So even though you write "Gospel of the Kingdom" and "Kingdom" over and over and over again, unlike others who do that, you're not saying there's two different gospels, but rather there's two different theologies. The one theology being the theology of the KINGDOM. While the other theology is scripted by man apart from God so that man can retain his own authority, rather than be submissive to the authority of the Kingdom of God.

So even though you write
The rest of the story is supplemental yes.
Not many people who have been taught since birth the ways of man would be willing to give it up and let God takes charge. They have to much to lose in their minds because they are totally indoctrinated into the societies, politics, religions, media control, consumerism and selfishness of mankind. Look at the hard time even Christians gave the last great revival in the States of the Jesus movement which had come forth from the world wide peace and love movement. No I'm sorry but many people including right from the beginnings of the gentile involvement wanted to have it both ways. Lot of Lord lords out there not willing to give up their will for the will of God.
