Reading the article, I can see the material is the age they say it is, but other facts seem to be thin on the ground. It doesn't specify what made the authors think the tool was in that 'format' 3m years ago.
Simply speaking, the science of evolution is still a jigsaw puzzle that's been put together. Other creatures on Earth have used tools and have been observed doing so - including dolphins.
No matter what the case, this still doesn't disprove God in any possible way. It's just another interesting fact is all.

I simply pointed out that whilst the rock itself can be dated (and in only general terms at that) there was no indication of how the 'tools' were shaped.

Clearly the chaps in your picture might have problems doing so as they're busy with other matters....

Should I take it that since you are quite keen on proving that that the tools were made 3 million years ago that this is now your position and that the delightful pictures you included were indeed of the culprits?

No. The tools, as I think about it may be post flood, which means less than 5000 years old. If they were pre flood, then maybe some of them were for violence to mankind. That period was noted for violence. They could be for opening dino eggs for all we know.

The reason I cited the dating was to show how the evolutionists are hoisted on their own petard. They have tools made a half million (imaginary) years before ever there was a man (by their own accounts).

I think it is obvious animals didn't do this.

But chimpanzees are tool makers and tool users. They are not as stupid as you think that they are. You had pictures of young there. Human babies don't make or use tools either so that photo was not a fair representation.
