I had a thread on this a while back and it sorta died so I thought I'd bring it back up for fun 
I've been playing Urban Dead (More on that later) and its brought the idea back up.
Alright, assume you wake up tomorrow to news reports of the dead rising from thier graves. Its Land of the Dead turned real. Zombies prowl the streets, killing anyone they can find.
Being bitten by a zombie ensures a slow death and eventual re-animation as a zombie. Zombies can be destroyed by removing the head, destroying the brain, or doing significant dammage to the brain.
You find yourself in your home watching news footage of cities in chaos, the entire world being over-run by the walking dead and you dont want to end up one of them.
What do you do? How do you survive? Where do you go?
Also, as a side question, in such a situation what would you propose for eradication of a world-wide infestation of zombies?
