All? No idea. Choose a northern European country and start figuring it out. Pretty sure I've heard of many of his policies working in other circumstances.....free daycare certainly has worked.

Especially from the crowd backing Trump and the Republicans who are rushing to impose tariff and tax plans that have repeatedly failed to bring about their stated aims.

No, not at all. The left have told us that these policies are great and wonderful and work well and will help everyone. The right has said these policies will not work and cause other problems. Both sides are convinced they are correct.

If NY does this we will have an actual case of these things in the US. Let's see what happens. Of course I think they will fail. But its only an reasoned opinion at this time. So, lets find out. I may be totally wrong.

That's not the US with a US tax system or budgeting. So comparing is a failure. We would HAVE to adopt the entire European system to hope it would work. And we are a LONG way away from that. Even Mamdani is not calling to institute that.
