ZELDA: THE WIND WAKER...HELP!!!

for all you people that have played the game,

I am at the part in the game where you have to find the eight or some odd peices from all over the "ocean" I cannot do it!! I even spent like 3 hours going to EVERY SINGLE island on that silly map so that they will show up on my main map and the treasures can be easier to find. Did any of you have a problem with this?????

Well... have you gone to tingle yet? Have you found the old maps?
you need to find all eight of the old maps and then have tingle translate the maps for you. Then go to each island and look for tall beams of light, go to them and soon they will disappear, go to your map and look for an X and a triangle( the triangle is you and the X is the treasure((or the triforce piece)) )
Once you are ontop of the X, use your grapling hook to get the triforce piece.

thanks LInk. I havent gotten all the maps but the ones I do have are translated. My major problem is finding the other maps. but i better just keep looking. Its kind of funny, when I get to the point where the triforce piece is and the light diappears, it takes me forever to get it. Well, THANKS for your feedback!!
