Personality: Wise in a bad way, as in, clever.
Powers: Has control over dieases and cells. Can also absorbe them. (Like stealing somones stem cells and aging slower. Or stealing alot of bacteria and killing them, then putting them in his fingernails for poisin.)
Weapons: Only has a large syringe, to more easily suck out cells.
