I would like to know the difference for yuxh, Psukikos and psuche.
Why are they three words and only transliterated as one please?

I am a beginner, but here goes.

yuxh and psuche are the same word, ψυχή which can be translated "soul" or "life", like the inner life we have. (zoe is also translated as life, but means life in general)

Psukikos (ψυχικός #5591) means life, but adds the meaning of the natural life as opposed to the spiritual life.

Are you getting zoe = Christ's Life from John 1:4 "in Him life was", zoe generally just means life.

It's difficult to tell if it's really the actual same word due to the english letters.

If y=ps=ψ (psi), and x=ch=χ (chi), and h refers to eta (&#942,
then yuxh is the same word as psuche, just transliterated differently.

ψυχή (yuxh or psyche) has the additional meaning of "the seat of the will, desires and passions" (Liddell and Scott).

If two people share the same passion, then they could be said to be of one ψυχή, as we would say "He and I share a heart for the homeless".
