This is tough. I tend to move episodes to my favorites list as I see them, so Season 5 and whatever repeats I've happened to catch recently usually move higher on the list.

Okay I'll give it a shot.

1. Walkabout - seeing Locke in a wheelchair was one of the first "blow my pants off" moments

2. Exodus (Pts. 1 and 2, I'm cheating) - the hatch, Walt being taken from the raft, just an incredible episode.

3. Man of Science, Man of Faith - the opening scene of Desmond in the hatch is probably the best individual scene ever in the history of television

4. The Other 48 Days - the tailies, yay, but what got me most was Bernard. *sniff sniff*

5. Lockdown - the map!!

6. Live Together, Die Alone - man I loved Season 2

7. The Man Behind the Curtain - first Jacob sighting, another blow my pants off moment

8. The Constant - awesome, hugely question-raising, loved it!

9. Through the Looking Glass - first flash-forward episode, awesome twist

10. This Place is Death - my favorite probably since Season 2

Clearly Season 2 was my favorite, and I wasn't thrilled with Season 3 (relatively speaking, as unthrilled as a Lostaholic can be). I'm still not over the Nikki and Paulo debacle. :D

Season 1, Ep 1: Pilot (1) - The original w.t.f.

Season 2, Ep 10: The 23rd Psalm - Awesome episode, touching, reveals more about Mr.Eko

Season 3, Ep 20: The Man Behind the Curtain - Locke visits Jacob, backstory about Ben's childhood

Season 4, Ep 5: The Constant - Tieing up questions and just awesomeness

Season 2, Ep 3: Orientation - The Others, how Locke came to be the man he is

Season 2, Ep 1: Man of Science, Man of Faith - Threw a whole new twist and aspect to the show

Season 3, Ep 23: Through The Looking Glass (2) - A new hatch and a noble end :(

Season 1, Ep 18: Numbers - Hurley's first episode. He always has great epis

Season 4, Ep 14: There's No Place Like Home (3) - Lots of hope and answers

Season 2, Ep 7: The Other 48 Days - Oh! There's more people?!

These were all on my original list and I excluded them as I was paring down. They really belong in the top episodes of the series.

1. S1, E7 - "The Moth" - The episode where Locke takes Charlie's heroin. Such a great Charlie episode!

2. S1, E21 - "Exodus, P1 - Love the Black Rock!

3. S2, E1 - "Man of Science, Man of Faith" - Like Snooch said:

Man of Science, Man of Faith - the opening scene of Desmond in the hatch is probably the best individual scene ever in the history of television
I agree! It blew my socks off!

4. S2, E4 - "Everybody Hates Hugo" - Fun episode with Hurley taking care of the Dharma food rations and flashbacks to him winning the lottery. Also, Jin, Michael, and Sawyer have been trapped by the Tailies. I fell in love with Sawyer this episode! HE had so many great lines.

5. S2, E15 - "Maternity Leave" - This is the episode where Claire remembers what happened to her when she was kidnapped by the Others and also when the medical Dharma station is found. Knowing as little as I did about the Others and Dharma at the time, this episode was another that knocked my socks off and seemed so strange.

6. S3, E10 - "Tricia Tanaka is Dead" - Hurley and Charlie drive the Dharma van down the hill. Hurley flashbacks. A fun episode.

7. S3, E19 - "The Brig" - Sawyer kills Cooper.

8. S3, E22 - "Through the Looking Glass" - Charlie sacrifices himself to save the others and we also see into the future that Jack is depressed after leaving the island and is trying to get back.

9. S4, E5 - "The Constant" - Do I really need to explain why I love this episode? :D

10. S4, E7 - "Ji Yeon" - Jin finds out about Sun's affair and takes it with humility. He commits to be a better husband. Such a sweet episode!

11. S4, E11 - "Cabin Fever" - Fascinating episode with Locke going into Jacob's cabin and flashbacks of Richard visiting Locke as a child and Locke having somewhat subconscious knowledge about the island.

12. S4, E13 - "There's No Place Like Home, P2" - Desmond and Penny are reunited!

13. S5, E3 - "Jughead"

I really tried to narrow it down to ten, I promise! :sorry:

And I'm with Snoochface...season 2 was my favorite season. :)
