To understand the subjective nature of your own consciousness, and your ability to change your experience via meditation from the singular (the self, its thoughts, imaginations and all created manifestations) to a state of being, absent of self, and the experience of the 'singular doing', so that the state of being can allow the state of doing (the self as the thinking creative individual) to create with greater functionality.

Three things;
The holiness of God,
the Stations of the Cross,
and the reconciling mercy of Christ.

those three things can change a life.
