Actually he's right. :/

I know how to re-key locks (I learned when I worked at a hardware supply store.) I can tell, just by looking at your key that it's a common type (I won't post the name) of key and I know the pin numbers that are used. If someone was really interested, they could shave down the poisitions of the pins and recreate a key.


More complex keys, yeah it's a bit more difficult, but the common house keys, it's pretty simple.

I actually looked up the yesterday and there is like a certain software to be used for it.

I meant to come back the other day an edit my post. I didn't, though. Oops!
