Your help please?

I would like to ask that anyone willing, please pray for God's continued protection of my sister and her husband. Today, two men broke into their apartment while they were sleeping and began to rob them. When they woke up and went into the other room, they came across the men and a fight broke out. One man fled and my sister's husband stabbed one of the men.

I am so thankful that God protected them. There is so much healing to be done, and they are just hysterical right now.

A home invasion crime is like a personal assault. Your HOME has been violated. The additional violation of the intrusion occurring while your sister and brother-in-law were asleep is just horrifying.

I pray the Lord will provide them with comfort and strength. They will certainly need it. Please make sure they get counseling, as well. Their personal safety has been breached, and that is a hard thing to deal with.

Thank you all for your help. My parents have left work and taken off to go up and see her and her husband. Hopefully we will know soon enough how everyone is. I am very worried about my sister's husband, and how he is handling having hurt the man. I don't blame him at all, and I hope that he doesn't feel too bad about how he had to defend himself and my sis.

I agree, for there is no reason for him to feel bad! He should be very glad that He loved his wife enough to follow the commands of God and be willing to lay down his life for her. Had he not done what he did who knows what evil might have befell them!
