Your Cruelest Summer?

Right now I'm listening to Banarama's Cruel Summer, which reminds me of the summer of 2001. It was really hard for me because I had been thinking a lot about some unpleasant things which had happened in the past couple of years. It was also the summer before the 9/11 attacks.

1995 was a terrible year for everyone in my family.
