What sticks out in your mind, regarding what someone has done for you?

Once when I was graduating from college I had money still left on my meal card. So I decided to go buy stuff from the campus store to use up most of what was left since it can't be cashed out.

So I went over there but I couldn't find a parking spot nearby so I was parked pretty far from the store. So I went there and bought a bunch of waterbottles for home because we re use them. And I just bought way too many cases of this stuff and I was really struggling to carry it accross campus. I literally had to stop every 500 feet to rest. Eventually two girls who I did not even know stopped and said "Do you need help with that." I accepted their help and they helped me carry some of the cases to my car.

Any medications you are on that you will have to take for the rest of your life?

What kind of silly useless thing have you mastered? (for example, the hoola hoop)

I can play the didgeridoo! I originally used it to help with mild sleep apnea. And it helps!


How old can a young adult be? I'm 26 but everyone thinks I'm still 18!

That sounds complicated! But I have no idea what it all means! Are you talking about skating?

LOL no ballroom dance. specifically the cha cha it is a bit complicated but the nice thing is if you have a partner that can follow it looks REALLY REALLY cool.

Can you play any other instruments?

I learned to play recorder when I was in middle school. I wouldn't remember that at this point. Right now all I can do musically is sing. People tell me I sing on key.

Oh LOL! I was WAY off! HAHA! I would love to learn how to ballroom dance! That's awesome that you can!

Yeah I started when I was 18. Took 2 years off between 22 and 24 and I've been doing it again for about 6 months now. You should learn the more the marrier in ballroom dance.

Biggest problem is we often have too many women though, so bring your husband although you might have to share him. I know on Friday I was completly worn out after the 2 hour dance. Problem is there where twice as many women as men there and many of the women there will not stand for a man taking a break for very long when he knows what he is doing.

Nothing! I am so anti-sports LOL! (I don't play them very well, so they aren't enjoyable for me) I sing too though

Ballroom dance is my sport! I compete in it, next competition is May 12, Notre Dame Dansport for Literacy competition. Young Adult, Bronze 2, Pro/Am division.

What type of music do you enjoy singing?

Anything I know the words too. Mostly country, church hymns and contemporary worship songs.

I've never won anything personally, but I've won things as a group. Pretty much choir competitions.

Well everything I won I won with my partner. My partner and I where a team of two.

1 first place, International Waltz, Newcommer division (danced newcommer cause we have taken American Waltz lessons but never international waltz lessons. )

I think a second in Rumba at Notre Dame Collegate competition.

About a dozen other awards from 3rd to 6th from various competitions.

Oh and 5th place (unawarded because it was team competition) in International Waltz at the National Collegiate Dancesport Championships in Columbus OH. (Don't pay attention to the National Championship line. There are about 6 different competitions that call themselves the national championship.)

Thats just in Dance. I think we got a first in Choir competition in middle school

Won several ribbons for Science olympiad in High school.

Second place at the Duneland Academic Conference Quizbowl in high school.

Yes he is my "boss" (In quotations because I don't get paid). Although we call him our youth director because the pastorial title in the ELCA is applied to only those who are ordained. So we don't call him a youth pastor, although I'm sure he went through similar training.

Probably I'd rather do the job of a teacher although they don't make nearly what nurses make! But I think teaching would be a better call for me. I've actually had people comment that I should have become a history teacher. A few even suggested that I go back to school to become a history teacher.
