CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

No, I've come to understand that after accepting Christ as my Savior, He has been forming me into who I am meant to be. Although there are certainly physical and emotional attributes that I have that make things interesting/annoying I know that God created me this way for a purpose. I just pray I am usable!

Yes--I'm lucky enough to work at an elementary school that serves breakfast. If I don't have time to eat at home, I just buy it here!

They met at church originally. They went to the state fair with a mutual friend (where my dad kept trying to flirt with my mom and kept getting shut out!). They didn't start dating until the youth/young adult group at church set them up--they said the whole group was going to go see Star Wars, but then everyone backed out at the last minute. The rest is history...
