That option is GONE.

If you want to give REP to someone and it's too early to give rep, if you click on their profile to do it... It simply isn't there. It doesn't give you the option.

Which means we are robbed the option of announcing whose butt we want to kiss while denouning the system which gives us the right to butt kiss!

IOW, the rep feature doesn't show up in their profile, if you've not spread the 'amount of butt-kissedness' around to allow you more.

Which makes this comment useless "You must spread some more reputation around before giving to the person you want to suck up to again"---

No I haven't noticed.

I've never liked the rep system. I like freedom in giving reps. I cannot tell you how many times I wanted to kiss someone's butt & was told I could not.

We must have freedom in this area. I think we need a reform with this situation.
