Here's a few from my side:

When you know you're late for work, but log in for a few minutes to check in before rushing to work

When you're on leave for the first time in over a year, and wonder what's happening in your favourite threads

When you make use of your own private internet connection at work to access CF, in order to avoid getting rapped over the knuckles for using their internet for private purposes

When it's your turn to work late all week and be on standby incase something goes wrong, you take consolation in knowing this gives you much more CF time.
