CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I'm not a mom yet (I have a good 7 or 8 years to go, sigh) but I know I have insane maternal instincts...
The other day I was watching baby story, and two year old big brother picked the new baby up... without supporting the head. I actually gasped and leapt off the couch to grab the baby before he was hurt. I felt slightly foolish when I realized that it was indeed on TV and that the baby was fine.

....When you are deciding in your thirty minutes of spare time in the morning on which of the three you rather do cause you can't do all three: Brush your teeth, take a shower, or clean clothes.
....When you hand your child to your hubby and go...I gotta go T.T. or Poopie
....I agree with a previous poster about referring to yourself as mommy to your hubby...or calling him daddy..lol.
...and I loved the one about sniffing diapers(I just hold her up...you just know by lifting them...the odor rises.lol)...I am guilty of this...no need in going through all the trouble of taking off clothes and getting her upset..if it's a clean diap.
...if you find yourself daydreaming that they made a papazon or wind up swing big enough to hold you..cause it looks so comfy.
