You know what's funny? Is when the Pharisees prove Jesus right. I mean, they hated Him so deeply, went throught deep thought and put great effort into making him look foolish, but then just turn around and show that He knew what he was talking about.

Luke 4:23-29

He telles them He knows what their thinking, and He tells them that they're not going to accept Him or His message. So what do they do? They get mad because of what He says and kick Him out of town....You would've thought that they had a little more foresight than that...Pharisees, their like sock-puppets, talk a lot, but no brain power.

You're right, that is funny.

Another one with the Pharisee's that just makes me -roll-, is in John 9...about the blind man who Jesus healed. They take him into the chambers & question him, bring in his parents & question them, finally ask him for like the 3rd or 4th time about his healing & he says (basically) "Oh, I get it ...you must want to be his disciples, too!" (John 9:27). Ohhhh, they did not like that.

They really were some bone-headed cats, those Pharisees.
