This verse has always been a favourite of mine, and lately it's come to me a few times.

A very dear friend recently encouraged me to draw a new avatar, (a much needed nudge to get on with things, thank you!), and soon after doing that I changed my "user title" to fit too.

God says we are each worth more than many sparrows - those delicate, innocent little flutterers, precariously scratching out their living across the world - all continents know the sparrow - just a tiny, dowdy coloured, little bird, it can't even sing, it just twitters!
What a picture of vulnerability, innocence, humility, simplicity.

What a humbling, precious comparison, but God says every one of you, and me, are worth more than many of them. How? How can that be?
