You are wearing shoes inside your church. Is it
not wrong?

Dearly beloved, today God doesn’t in the man made
buildings. Paul said taught, “God who made the world
and everything in it, since He is Lord of heaven and
earth, doesn’t dwell in temples made with hands (Acts
17:24, 7:48). Do you not know that your body is the
temple of the Holy Ghost who is in you, whom you have
from God, and you are not your own? (1 Cor 6:19), He
dwells in the heart of man as temple.

God doesn’t consider an idol or a building as His housing. It is
a prayer house where we gather together to worship
God. There is no difference between the prayer house
and any other house. You cannot restrain God in a
particular place. Therefore, as it is your will to
wear or not the shoes in your house, it is up to you
to wear or not the shoes inside the church building.
But it is hygienic, to leave the shoes where the
believers worship God, by sitting in the floor.

I don't know about you but we use chairs here. Actually when I lived in Japan and went to a Japanese church we would wear slippers in the church but that is more down to culture than any theological reason.

I'm not seeing the point to this, either. It sounds like a largely cultural issue to me.

Is a worker who accidently cuts off his hand at work guilty of dishonoring the temple of the holy spirit? Of course not, he intended no disrespect and no sin was in his heart.

The point of that verse is to say that buildings are only as holy as the people in it. Wearing your shoes is not a black and white thing, I suppose sometimes it would be slightly more or less hygenic in different places. It doesn't matter though.
