Indeed, there are moments when you feel like you're on top of the world and times when you feel like no one cares where you are in the world.
Nevertheless, please understand that what you feel about yourself isn't necessarily what others feel about you. Indeed, we often make the mistake of assuming things about others feelings towards us that are completely contrary to what they are really feeling inside.
Often, that angry face that you might think is so mad at you is really a symptom of inner pain; and that disappointed look that you think is telling you that you are a failure is often a sign of loneliness and a cry for help. In other words, it's not always about you. It may have nothing to do with you.
So don't even think for one moment that no one cares about you. It may seem like that at times, but people do care. In fact, I care about you, which is why I am writing this. Yet, God cares even more!
I've written something on my website that I think you may find to be encouraging. Click on the following link to see what it is: God's Love Endures Forever
Blessings to you...
