I personally don't use "Reverend" when addressing a "Man of the Cloth". I do not hold others to this idea, just me. I feel the definition and the thoughts this word gives, should be reserved for only one, being the Lord Himself. Now, that is my personal way of thinking. I just use Pastor, Brother and sometimes Dr. when it applies.
Today I think we, in general, apply all these names as to mean the same.

Does the same thing go for a Reverend?

I read somewhere that "Reverend" is, according to etiquette, the proper way to refer to a pastor, preacher or minister (whatever you happen to call them!) when putting the title & name in writing, mainly on more formal occasions (weddings, invitations, etc).

Looks nice, anyhow! :)
